Hinga began with a simple word, to breathe, and a belief that rest is not a luxury but a return. Tucked into a quiet corner of Poblacion, we built a place where Manila's noise dissolves the moment the door closes behind you.

Warm clay walls, the hush of steam, the scent of lemongrass and cedar. Our therapists work slowly and with intention, reading the body rather than rushing it. Every ritual ends the same way: lighter than you arrived.
