Costa began with a simple ritual, Sunday markets at dawn, baskets of glistening catch carried straight from the boats, and a long table set against the water as the light turned gold.
We cook close to the source. The menu shifts with what the sea offers each morning, dressed with citrus, smoke and good salt, nothing more than it needs. Pull up a chair on the terrace, order another round, and let the afternoon run long.

The whole grilled catch is the best thing I've eaten in BGC this year. We stayed for three rounds of spritz.
